5. Intellectual and industrial property
The intellectual property rights in Jaitek’s website, its source code, design, navigation structure, databases and the various elements it contains belong to Jaitek, which holds the exclusive right to exploit them in any form and, in particular, the rights of reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation.
Viewing, printing and partial downloading of the content of the website is authorised only and exclusively where all of the following conditions are met:
- That it is compatible with the purposes of the website www.jaitek.net.
