We host what we build. Every platform and every application we put into service runs on infrastructure we administer ourselves, and that same service can be taken out separately for whatever you already have running.

Managed hosting, not disk space

The difference is in who looks after the server. With ordinary hosting you rent space and everything else is up to you: the updates, the backups, the certificates, finding out that something has stopped working. Here that is our job, and what you get is a platform that works, not a machine to administer.

What it includes

  • Updates to the server and to the application -Moodle, Joomla, WordPress or whichever it is- including the security ones, which are the ones that cannot wait.
  • Backups off the server, encrypted. A backup living on the same machine it protects is not a backup: it disappears with it.
  • Tested restores. A backup that has never been restored is an assumption; we check that it can be recovered before anyone needs it.
  • Monitoring of the service, alerting from outside the machine itself. If the server goes down, an alert that depends on the server never arrives.
  • Certificates renewed automatically, without anyone having to remember.
  • Firewall and hardened access.
  • Visitor statistics with years of history, not months. Reporting on a funded project needs the figures for the year it happened, not for the last quarter.

Sized to what you need

From shared space for a website or a small virtual classroom to a dedicated server -virtual or physical- when the volume calls for it. The parameters are the usual ones: processing capacity, space, memory and expected traffic. We look at it with you and send a proposal fitted to your case; there is no catalogue price because no two projects have the same needs.

Support with tracking

Administration and support are taken out as a monthly package of requests, sized to the volume you expect.
